"It's no way like minecraft!"
Cube world has just entered it's alpha period for 30-40 dollars, but in seeing some epic values of this in-dev-stage game I decided to draw up a simple review. Firstly It is not like minecraft, the crafting system is different in cube world, such as you collect blocks during looting from battles and you get to add on and design your own weapon to your fancy, plus it adds the aspects of the block! Also the graphics are much smoother and have a more relaxing feel, not for long as soon you will jump straight into a battle, The battles are in a much easier but more challenging set-up, Potions and food are much easier to switch between and hot bar changing is much easier! Also with the range of classes that your able to pick from, you will never be able to put this game down. Even the map structure is brilliant! The further you go, the harder the mobs will be to defeat, so be prepared. All in all the Alpha has been a gigantic hit and I would rate it 9/10. "The Best new game of 2013? That's A Long Shot..."
This game is no way the best game of 2013, it uses real time scale instead of sims time, I mean if you want a game like that you would get tiny tower or pocket planes because at least then are more sensible! Not only that but the time slots are so long and you can't do anything else while waiting...
Now obviously it's not as addictive as angry birds or tiny tower but it is so hard to get into because you start of basic for like 2 quests and then it tells you to buy cupcakes that cost REAL money! I mean you can't even quit this quest, You still HAVE to pay to quit it!
Out of all the sims games I HONESTLY think this one was the WORST and also this makes me laugh a lot, they said it was going to be the best iphone/android game of the year! Sorry but with new games flying out by the second, sims freeplay has no chance. Overall even though it's free, it sucks the only thing that could have made it worse was if you had to pay for it...
